Ministry Of Rojak is an extension of Abdhus Salam Rojak (hailing from Ayer Rajah centre) that dedicates itself in providing authentic indian hawker street food without compromising on quality and taste. 

Since its inception in the 1960’s, the family business has been serving rojak to loyal patrons who describe it as delicious and extraordinary. Mr Salam who began to learn the trade at the young age of 16 has a total of 18 years of experience. His passion and enthusiasm for rojak led him to expand the business from the Hawker landscape to a restaurant setting. 

Over the past eleven years, the rojak has made its mark in countries such as London, Sydney, San Francisco and the latest in Shanghai for Singapore day in an effort to remind Singaporeans living overseas of their roots back home.
